Once your details have been received, we will prepare your personalised design and send a digital proof for you to review. Please check all spelling, names, dates, wording and other details carefully and let us know of any changes before approving your proof.
Once your final proof has been approved and your order has entered production, changes, cancellations and refunds cannot be provided for details or errors approved as part of the final proof.
